This stuff is amazing. I find it difficult NOT to consume a whole box, alone. I often will sub a good portion of the vegan butter with some Violife vegan sour cream… less fat and more creamy goodness. The end result is a cheesy, creamy, irresistible goodness. It’s amplified by the spiral noodles, which are also absolutely wonderful, coming together with an exceptional mouth feel and fun eating experience. Words can’t describe, I am addicted. Thank you Goodles, for creating an exquisite, healthy, vegan “junk food”… this stuff raises the bar. I also don’t really feel bad about eating a whole box, it’s so nutritious! My father worked for Kraft foods in the 70, and I remember as a kid being surrounded by boxes of pure awesomeness, which of course, was Mac and Cheese. Now, as we all know, sometimes in life (I'm talking about food here), as you age, your happiness/satisfaction level is not elevated by how expensive or unique an item is; it's how close to the original it is. Since becoming a Vegan over fifteen years ago, I have been on a quest to find a Mac and Cheese that checks this box. Mission accomplished! I'm not vegan, but I'm always trying to eat fewer animal products. I've definitely tasted nutritional yeast before. Normally it is awful. Just the worst. Any vegan who claims that it tastes in any way like cheese is lying, either to themselves or to you.This has nutritional yeast in it. I could taste it in there. But this is REALLY good. It is literally the only time in my life I have tasted nutritional yeast and thought, __quote__hey, good job!__quote__ Whoever came up with a recipe that tastes this good, and reminds me of cheese, while still containing detectable nutritional yeast... that person is a wizard. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!! I tried it the first time about 2 weeks ago. Another vegan mac and cheese was on sale so I’m bought several of those then saw the Goodles and figured I’d get one. Hey, if I see something vegan in a mainstream grocery store (Publix,) I’m going to try it. Upon trying the Vegan is Believin’, I was sorry I bought any of the other brand and wished I’d just gotten all Goodles. Tonight, I bought the four remaining boxes at my local Publix and had one for dinner. I’m obsessed. Absolutely delicious.

My partner and I have a dairy allergy and lactose intolerance. I am a huge fan of companies producing high quality allergen friendly food.I had been able to eat mac and cheese growing up, he could not. Every vegan mac and cheese we have had up until this point has been lackluster. This tastes like the real deal!!! I have loved this so much. I would eventually like other shapes but the spirals are good too. I tend to add black pepper for an extra bite. I am convinced if you gave this to someone who loved regular mac and cheese they wouldn't notice a difference. I am so grateful we found you!

I've had to discontinue eating dairy due to an autoimmune condition and really miss eating dairy products as a result. Decided to give this a try after reading other positive reviews and I'm sort of astounded at how good it is. I love cheese and am usually pretty critical of vegan alternatives, but this is phenomenal and tastes like actual cheese powder was used. Albeit, its sort of more "alfredo" cheesy tasting than cheddar cheesy. The protein and fiber amounts are also an added plus. Thank you for thinking of peoples dietary restrictions! I will continue buying this as long as y'all make it.

OK, Goodles Vegan is Believin' is genuinely the best boxed vegan pasta&cheesy sauce I've had, and I have tried a whole lot of vegan mac and cheese over the years. I'm really not exaggerating at all. There's no competition. After trying this product, I wouldn't even bother with the majority of others.The powder packet it comes with is also pretty generous compared to those included in other products. Because of that, I think it could also accommodate a little added vegetables (like broccoli or peas), but I have yet to try that.I highly recommend this to both vegans and non-vegans.

I constantly run into the same scenario over and over when it comes with certain vegan mac and cheeses being talked up. I get them, being super hopeful, only to find their not as amazing as everyone says. I love the idea of Goodles, but this recipes needs a revisit for flavor. It's very bland, even with basic adjustments like salted water for the macaroni, and vegan butter, milk and/or yogurt to jazz the sauce up. I always still need to go the extra step with additions from the pantry to get it tasty. Oh well, doesn't hurt to try, but it's back to homemade mac and cheese for me.
