So I bought the variety pack and left the Gouda and this one for last thinking they would be my least favorite….im Dutch so fake Gouda freaks me out a bit, anyhow this flavor is so far my absolute favorite. It’s a little spicy so I don’t know if kid would be crazy about it but it was absolutely delicious. I cooked up ground turkey and added it so it was like a spicy healthy version of hamburger helper and literally it’s all I want to eat. Doesn’t feel like a belly bomb after - I feel light and energized and literally will be making it every week. Makes me feel like a kid again but as a dietitian I am glad I get some veggies in it as well. Love love love!

Everything about this Mac and cheese is perfect. I will never buy anything else. I originally ordered these because of the dairy free one. My girlfriend was dying to try Mac and cheese again that actually didn’t taste like crap. Well I stumbled on this brand and my life is forever changed. My girlfriend is always hounding me to eat more protein so now I have something that is absolutely delicious and has all healthy ingredients. I don’t ever feel guilty eating this max and cheese!

I am serious, y'all. I will RIOT if you stop making the Hatch. It is phenomenal. All of the people I gave a box to, are hooked and say this is the best one (which is hard to say because they are all really good. Twist my Parm is my #2, Shella Good my #3 and Cheddy Mac is also great. oh, man... they really are all so good. Get a sampler if you haven't tried them all!) Honestly really good, though I’m personally not a fan of jalapeño. I’d personally give it 4/5, but don’t think that’s fair as my own predilections are opposed to jalapeños, and it got great reviews from everyone else! For anyone that doesn’t generally care for jalapeños, but wants to still eat what’s cookin’, this is still totally manageable. Would still highly recommend despite my own personal taste buds! Have never been displeased with anything Goodles!

I’m never not impressed by how creamy goodles mac and cheese is, and this one is just as good! I love the spice, it definitely doesn’t hit you right away, but it will creep up on you. I will say it’s too hot for my 2.5 year old mac and cheese connoisseur, but really all that means is he gets a cup of the microwave easy stuff and the adults get all the hatch mac! Overall, I’m definitely glad I grabbed a 4 pack.

Honestly shocked. The sauce is so creamy and authentic, you wouldn’t know you’re eating that much protein or fibre. Too easy to make too. Can’t say anything bad about any pasta shape so I’m happy either way. I wouldn’t say they had “heat” per se but that’s kind of what I liked about them. So if you’re worried about spice, don’t, they just taste peppery which is the appeal to me.

Exciting, but you've learned there's hotter things out there. But even better than the heat, there's also flavor. This macaroni and cheese doesn't rely on Scoville Units to carry the load. It tastes like green chile and cheddar.You see the price sticker, and you're like, $3 a box?I'm here to tell you that's a bargain for something your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get to. It's also loaded with protein and fiber (but the noodles don't taste like cardboard). Goodles is already one of my favorites, and this... The only way they could improve it is by putting it in an instant cup.
