I avoided writing a review because being encouraged to make up words like __quote__Yumerica__quote__ makes made me question my choices for a moment. But the noodles are just delicious. I thought Shells Good would be my go-to (and those are great as well) but these ones are amazing. Both the flavors I've had just taste like delicious mac and cheese. I'm always trying these __quote__healthy__quote__ versions of foods I love but that have too much carbs or sugar and not enough nutrition, and they're usually mid. That is not the case here. These are so good that I don't even care about the sometimes cringeworthy branding.

While this version of mac and cheese may be pricier than other brands - there's no need to go out to a restaurant anymore to get your fix! This is tastier and more affordable :-) I liked I didn't need to add any butter at all - just milk! Goodles are like mac and cheese in a box for adults - my only issue is understanding the serving size! No sharing here - I eat the box by myself and have hidden them so noone else can find them! If you're on the fence I suggest ordering even one of each. I have tried 3 so far and have not been disappointed. They just need to be available in Canada!

I love the taste and texture so much! Using the pasta water was a suggestion on the side of the box to make it more authentic Cacio e Pepe flavor and I highly recommend! Obviously love the fact that the noodles are enriched with vitamins, minerals and protein. Makes me feel good about eating something that tastes so delicious!!

Love the peppery flavor, everything actually, about Mover&Shaker. Added a few crumbled potato chips over the top for serving and the pepper/salt combo is fabulous! My boys thought the Pepe was too flavourful meaning they didn’t care for the black dots. Picky eaters will pick! And they did. So mom and dad ate it and we enjoyed it.The order took a couple weeks and days to get to canada which was hard to wait for esp because my moms then didn’t like it.I would order the combo pack next time to try the other flavours because I like the protein content of the product.

I now order by the box and bring a supply to my son at college - he is on the swim team and can eat an entire box on his own - he likes to mix ground turkey in with his goodles for a high protein meal.

Love! This Mac & Cheese is delicious AND nutritious. It delivers on its promise of great taste, high quality, nutrient packed noodles. 4 stars only because I wish the sodium content weren’t SO high. I realize flavor has to be added somehow, but I’d love to see some lower sodium options available.
