Absolutely love this pasta. The texture is really excellent, the taste is fantastic, the nutrition and fiber are unparalleled. Reheating this stuff isn’t even an issue. It holds its shape well, and doesn’t become as mushy, it’s a little heartier than traditional pasta. Having said that, the texture is astounding, I think these Goodles people are magicians. I’ve replaced my imported, organic, whole wheat pasta… it’s just phenomenal. You really can’t go wrong, buying this pasta. I would definitely recommend trying it, you won’t be disappointed!

I actually enjoyed them. They taste very similar to semolina pasta. I cooked them l'dente . I would definitely recommend these to those who are watching their diet. I didn't give it five stars because I prefer a larger sized noodle, I usually buy rigatoni, ,these were thin like a penne.
