So I have been creating my own Mac & Cheese for many years. I basically buy craft Mac and cheese in bulk from Sam's club, dump the noodles in my compost and use the cheese sauce packets to mix with the pasta of my choosing. Love these. They taste like regular pasta but I'm happy there's a little extra protein and vitamins. I'm struggling to get two of my children to eat much lately, but they always like pasta, so I feel a little better about them eating this and getting more of what they need.
